Who We Are
Bahia del Mar II Condominium Association is a vibrant, close-knit residential community located on the island of Isla del Sol in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our association consists of Tower L (6357), Tower M (6295), the surrounding Villas, as well as the Lakeside Villas (6273, 6277, 6281, & 6285). Together, we form a welcoming and well-maintained community surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and waterfront views.
We are a community of full-time residents, seasonal visitors, and vacation homeowners who all share a deep appreciation for coastal serenity and island living. Our History
The name Bahia del Mar, meaning “Bay of the Sea” in Spanish, reflects the spirit of the community—open, natural, and deeply connected to the water. Bahia del Mar II Condominiums was developed in the early 1980s with a vision to create a peaceful, resort-style neighborhood on the island of Isla del Sol.
With its thoughtful design, including lakes, fountains, and walking paths, our community has remained a treasured haven for those seeking beauty, balance, and coastal ease. Over the years, Bahia del Mar II has grown into a place where residents feel proud to live and eager to welcome others.
